[GreenKeys] Kleinschmidt TT-4C/TG not printing

Kleinschmidts do not use a holding magnet and they all have a switch
(and/or plug) to change between 20 & 60 ma.
I think one of Kevin's problems was that he was putting 60 ma in while
the TT-4 was set for "VF" (20ma)
I have no explanation of why he can type on the machine OK, but it runs
closed when he tries to receive ITTY.
