[GreenKeys] Info needed on CV-278/GR

Yes, tune the radio for peak on the input and you should see the 
discriminator meter swing from one side to the other as you tune a 
carrier through the passband.

BFO is inserted later, so will have no effect on the CV-278.

The CV-278 converts the 455Khz down to 20-30Khz for another stage of IF 
filtering.
