[GreenKeys] Why no reels?

5 bit tape at 11/16" in width is about 17.5 mm.  Wonder how sloppy the 
specs are on the 16mm film reel are?  Too bad I didn't check it out back 
in the days of feeding 16mm projectors at the TV station.
