that's it !!   nice and neat ...  put a small rubber band 
around the middle,  or wrap the last 8" of tape around 
the middle to keep it from unfolding ...  

hang it on a nail on the wall   ;)) 

of course, chadless tape is much easier to do it with, 
but good starting practice.
