[GreenKeys] Houston - 28 ASR and 28 ROTR available

On a generic ASR, the XD only runs in the T mode.  That being said, might bee some modification made based on other thing we've seen.

Check the left end of the LESU to see if you have a LINE-TEST switch.  In the TEST position you have a local circuit.
