Forgot to mention if the NULL is sent after FIGS I'd never be able to print
FIGS as it would go back to Cyrillic.
On the Russian machine Cyrillic (CYR) is 00000 1st shift, Latin(LAT) is
11111 2nd shift, Figs (Cipher) 11011 3rd shift.
If any of those are sent it stays in that shift level until it receives a
different shift code.
