Your photo Contacts2.JPG is good enough for me to see.  I have a non-parity Model 33.  You can compare your photo with this one, after I replaced my contact block (which was broken) and got the whole thing working:

>From the comparison of the two photos, you definitely have a parity keyboard.  The extra cotacts for parity are on the right side of your photo.  Most of the errors in your contact placement are on the left, and you can fix it by reference to my photo.
