[GreenKeys] need low speed usb to RS232

Hey Jeff - not sure about 45/75 baud, but for 110 baud I've had luck with
the old edgeports using Win10, so I bet W11 would be fine.
If you are using Linux I could not get my edgeports to work properly,
however the Tripp-Lite Keyspan 4 port USB serial adapter (model USA-49WG)
works great.
I am sure there are some bit-banging solutions out there using arduinos or
whatever... would be curious to know if anyone has had any success doing
that for 45 or 75 baud.
