[GreenKeys] More M28ASR typing reperf Discussion

Like the keyboard reperf, the dome reperf selector magnet is completely
independent of the ASR keyboard, TD, and typing unit.
The dome reperf connects to its own LESU mounted in the ASR base and you
can then hook it up however you like externally, but there is no internal
loop connection. Think about the dome reperf as just happening to share a
common cabinet with the rest of the ASR.
