[GreenKeys] More M28ASR typing reperf Discussion

I have definitely never seen a full chad dome reperf. BUT 164272
modification kit provides chad disposal chite for the dome reperf -
specification 50001S

I do have some memory of seeing a chad chute and chad box for a keyboard
perf/reperf. Modification kit 170306 provides chad disposal chute for the
keyboard reperf. Also Specification 50001S
