I'd be wary of putting a Teletype in an un-ventilated plastic box like those.  The motors put out enough heat that the air inside could get warm.  The ABS case of a Model 33 is pretty big and it gets warm.  Put the same motor and a compact print mechanism in a smaller plastic case, and it'll get significantly warmer.
