after hitting send i recalled that i should have written 115V service
with devices expected to work fine with steady V as low as 110.

but these days with unloaded V typically measuring 120-127.

so devices typically say 110 and utilities used to call the service 115
but lately say 120.

[recall can be slower since the last stroke...]
