i've been listening to a station up on 12,582.7 or so using 200 shift 
and it sounds like 50 baud.  Loudest to the north-NE, maybe Russian or 
something in that part of the world.  sig is dropping down into the 
noise now so not enough there to decode.

Maybe someone on the east coast can do a better job.  The RTTY has 
stopped, i think and they are sending something else.

I was copying KPH yesterday on 12583.3, USB and this morning when i came 
out to check on things i saw this trace very close by. Playing with 
MMTTY i determined it was 200 shift.  It may have been inverted which is 
one of the reasons i couldn't get a decode, course there are other 
reasons as well.
