[GreenKeys] 4-hole covers for Teletype manuals?

Thanks, Michael - that's a good suggestion.
Instead of punching the manuals, I could use those rings, some screw posts,
or some of those brass brads with foldover ends - and then punch 7" spacing
holes in regular 3-hole pressboard report covers for the outside.
