Nick's request reminded me that I have a similar problem "but different".I have a Army Air Force TO 31W4-1-1 ("Teletypewriter Circuits and Equipment (Fundamentals)") with 3-hole punching.  Big 3/8 inch dia holes spaced 3.5 inches apart.  Anyone have a spare cover set to fit that???
My procrastinated backup plan was to see if one of the local print shops could come up with a way to bind it.

Subject: [GreenKeys] 4-hole covers for Teletype manuals?

I have a number of manuals that are loose-leaf with no hard covers. They are punched with the standard Teletype 4-hole pattern.
I'd like to put them in report covers of some sort.Does anyone have a source for 4-hole binders or report covers?Or 2-hole (7" spacing) that fit the Teletype pattern.
Otherwise I have to bind them with zip-ties or re-punch them with a standard 3-hole pattern (8.5" spacing)
Thanks
