I've played with it. The hardware can do it but you need to make a change to the
(i think) pl011 device driver source in the kernel to make it possible to set your
chosen slow baud rate in place of one of the standard ones.
I've attached the linux kernel patch I used for an older linux version but I doubt
much has changed since.
