[GreenKeys] Hal DXP38 FTGH

I have a DXP38 That I got for free from KB8TQ. It looks  to be in good
condition.

He is allowing me to offer it here for the same price - free.

It rather light so I can probably absorb the shipping.

I do not have the original power supply nor the right power connector so I
cannot test it.

The reason I don't want it is that it requires a computer. If I am going to
use a computer, I use MMTTY.

It does NOT have a TTY loop output.
