[GreenKeys] Teletype Tool Kit Cases

There's nothing like a nice quiet Sunday afternoon when we can sit and 
go through our Teletype documentation.  I didn't even know I had this 
section.

As a bonus, I added the supplemental wartime page.  Don't replace any 
parts just because they look bad.
