I will add my thanks as well.  Unfortunately I didn't copy it on a real 
machine this year, the autostart circuit in my ST-5000 is playing up on 
me again -- probably a dirty pot that I should replace -- so I didn't 
want to leave a machine running open most of the time so I copied it on 
the PK232 and captured it to a text file on the computer.  Some day when 
I am bored I can dump that text file out the PK232 into the local loop 
and print it for real.
