[GreenKeys] Kleinschmidt multi-magnet reperf?

Does anyone have more info as to how it was used? The ID tag has been
removed.
It is non-typing reperf with 5-bit parallel input to five punch magnets.
Clearly military connectors. Interesting that it has a built-in tape
take-up reel.
