[GreenKeys] Baud rate change

I have to question that the 2,000 RPM motor is synchronous.  Therefore 
it is likely a governed motor which could be adjusted down to 1800 RPM.

Where's Henning, he is probably an expert on this if you can provide 
more details on the EU machine?
