[GreenKeys] Model BK23JX in Tarlton, Ohio

Observations (nits)
BK23 is just the keyboard model.
That's not a Teletype table, which is probably why the keyboard is removed from the base.
With no pictures of it with the cover removed, had to judge the condition. With the keyboard removed there's a nice gap for critters to get in.
