To manually create "The tones" you can paste your text from your weather
alert into MMTTY use the "TX" to send the tones via your sound card in the
computer to your RTTY box. "Glorious noise"
but it is a manual copy and paste.
A program could be written to do it automatically if the output can be
dumped to a file.
