[GreenKeys] Butchered Wiring

This what I mean by butchered wiring. I was trying to get the bell to work
in my 28 ASR. I found both wires from the stuntbox switch at position 30
cut along with many others and the ends tucked inside the large black
tubing.
I finally located the bell wires with an ohmmeter, stripped and tinned them
and spliced enough wire to reach the terminal strip. I also did the same
with the wires from the switch at position 29.
I found these cut wires fairly fast because I encountered the exact same
problem on the base connector when trying to get the break switch to work.
Question: the bell (at my best count) is at position 30. the adjacent
switch is at 29 with another function pawl visible at 28, which makes me
guess it could require two key strokes to operate 29.
Can anyone give me a clue as to what the switch at 29 is for and what code
might operate it.
