[GreenKeys] Model 15 without blank key

 Did Western Union machines provide an alternate method of advancing paper tape withoutadvancing the carriage? And why would anyone need to?Sorry I'm still clueless. Maybe to get the tape started feeding after putting in a new roll?I'm grasping at straws.
