[GreenKeys] Curious Model 15/19 problem

You are correct "in Keyboard" the punch attached to the keyboard does not
operate,
But the reperf punch does operate without error. I mixed my punches LOL.
That was an error on my part. I was a bit frazzed last night.
So I clipped the punch power wire when I got home. And the problem is gone
so something when the punch operates/cycles is causing the problem.
