[GreenKeys] FB47/15 Reperf Repair

Assuming a RO (receive only) base you can try

21 is hot lead which goes to the power switch and comes back to 22.  22 then goes to slip connector number 13.  23 (common/neutral) Goes to slip 15.  Slip 13 $ 15 feed the motor.
