Howdy do everyone!

I'm continuing the restoration of the whole kit that I've got, and am up
to the next stumbling block. Over all, I can't use any of the original
AC/DC sockets for the whole table and kit; they've just fallen apart too
much. That said, I've looked at the current reperf machine and would
like a quick sanity check. On the bottom of the unit is the terminal
block, starting with position 21. I'm presuming I wire this just like I
did my previous tracing with hot going to pin 21 and neutral going to
pin 23. I did try powering up briefly and nothing seemed to happen. Time
to stop, step back, and reassess. Does anyone here have experience with
the reperf's and modern AC plug wiring?

Any gotcha's, things I should trace and test some more, etc?
