[GreenKeys] Ongoing Model 15 Issues

In the 4 photos you sent, the one in the lower left, as displayed on my screen when I opened the email (the one with no red circles), shows one of the screws that John, W9DDD, was referring to. And I can see from your photo that your machine doesn’t have much clearance between the screw head and the top of the slot it rides in. My machine, or should I say Chris’ machine, has a very large clearance, so I’m now convinced that is the issue. Now just to figure our how to make the adjustment.

Ooh, this is an interesting topic! Having not taken off the baskets off of my 19’s in maybe half a year, I just went down to have a look. Photos attached. The areas in the red circles are the only parts on the basket that make contact with the printing unit. Also attached is a photo of one those two, fun screws that might be an issue. You might be able to get around loosening them up with some needle nose pliers, but maybe also expect some chewed up metal in the process.
As I remember, I’ve had the basket dance around when the *insert name here* between the blades isn’t seated place, in-between the blades like it should be… but if it is printing - which I’m not 100% sure if it s correctly or not, this may not be the case. That being said — after glancing over your first email Steve, the *part name here* being out of place could be your issue - but as almost the case, I could (probably) be wrong ;p .
Anywho, hope this helps and good luck ^^ !

Sorry can't help you there. I tried standing on my head and couldn't see what the head was other than it wasn't a hex. So I had to assume slotted, since Teletype didn't seem to use and other choices other than an occasional Allen set screw.
I'd hate to think you had to remove the basket, tweak then re-install to check. One of the smarter guys here should have the answer.
Are you even able to check the clearance of 5 mils? Doesn't look like you can get a standard feeler gauge in there.
