[GreenKeys] Tape loops

Jim,
Boy, that brings back memories.  We did many loops like that on USS 
Edson DD 946 too. I was RM2 on that for some time.   A loop of line 
feeds would often get an answer from the shore station if you had been 
trying for a LONG time trying to get them the normal way and they were 
obviously ignoring you :-)
