[GreenKeys] Kleinschmidt Type Wheel

A less commonly seen type wheel was in the WW2 era SIGABA (ECM Mk II)
crypto machine produced by Teletype.

I believe this was a “stop the rotating wheel when the right character
comes into position” style mechanism. The wheel was Bakelite maybe?
