[GreenKeys] Chadless tape and a M14 Transmitter-Distributor

I have seen some different lids.  One had small round holes that were too
small for the chads and the other has slots where the chad can rise up.

The first step I would suggest is to turn 
off the TD motor, put the chadless tape 
in the reader head, and turn the motor 
BY HAND, slowly in the direction the motor 
normally runs ...  as the pins come up, look 
through the slots and see where the pins are 
relative to the chads.  It might be that the 
advancing pawl that steps the tape ahead 
one character might be a bit out of alignment.
