[GreenKeys] 28 dash pot addendum

This morning I took the removed (suspect) dash pot cylinder out to the
garage and tried all of the cups I had on hand.  A small percentage of
them were a loose fit.  The remainder were like the one I installed
yesterday, some resistance to being inserted. There  was a loose
correlation to those with the numbers and those with no marking.   So I
don't quite know what to think of the whole thing.  I don't think any of
them were used stock, but I could be wrong (happens more often than I'd
like).
