Good afternoon all,

I just went through a bit of fun getting my dash pot playing the way I 
thought it should.

I replaced the cup yesterday, no real change. Slept on it.

Today I replaced the cylinder.  There was another cup stored within it 
when I found it.  It differed in appearance from the one I replaced 
yesterday.  I used it. Voila success.  I went back and looked at my 
stock of cups.  Some were like the one I used yesterday for a 
replacement.  Basically smooth on both sides. Others had a circular 
depression with a number inside (49?).  The one I used had two circular 
depression with the number 130 inside of one of them.

I'm thinking maybe there are three different revisions within my 
inventory, or am I off base and it was the cylinder that fixed the 
problem.  The old one had no obvious defects or gunk inside.

And  I've gotten no comments about the 2 drops of oil inside the 
cylinder.  ??
