[GreenKeys] Time-stamping CQ's on 14.086

If I want to play in these 14.086 reindeer games, do I set the radio to LSB
or USB? I may try to leave mine on to see what it picks up, but my antenna
isn't gear. I'm in the Philly burbs here. I could also try transmitting
later on.
