[GreenKeys] high speed LRPE2 reperf ??

The 28 line has a thousand options for every piece of equipment. Evidently
an Analysis Chart would tell you what options were in an LRPE2, but that
chart hasn't turned up yet - they must have been kept under lock and key at
the factory! The Analysis Charts that I have seen (thanks to Jim Haynes)

On that page I started a chart of apparatus code to feature, but it has
many many blanks spaces.
