[GreenKeys] Model 19 Peforator Problem

 Thanks to all who replied. I think I may have found the problem, but
can't proceed until I get some parts (hopefully) from Paul. I did some
more checks and found that the punched holes were not exactly
1/10 inch apart. I tried to adjust the feed roll detent lever eccentric,
but couldn't get spacing to 1/10 inch (almost but not quite). Also, the lever
wobbled on the eccentric. Hopefully a new eccentric and lever
will fix the problem.
