[GreenKeys] Parallel TTY

I can't be sure I saw one, but I think I might have seen a 28 keyboard
with an added contact block for parallel output.  I don't see anything in
the KSR parts book.  In the ASR parts book there is a picture of 144710
code reading contacts modification kit.  Now that I think about it, I
probably have one, in that the Delta Airlines ASR set uses a multi-magnet
tape punch.
