[GreenKeys] Yet another M28 variant - tape to page printer

that reminds me of the teletype repair station we used to have on the ship.
I don't recall a lesu or anything.
does anybody know how to wire one up?
I'm assuming 120 for the power and then the signal line, but I've never
seen anything on how to set one up.
