[GreenKeys] Getting Teletype model 15 type basket back into type carriage

It works! It now does the quick brown fox without error. When I pulled the
carriage off, I had to move the right margin screw arm, but that was
several days ago, and now I can't remember where it is! More poking around
tomorrow, but the replacement of the pull bar springs got the non-working
letters working.
