[GreenKeys] Getting Teletype model 15 type basket back into type carriage

Thanks! I think that's the right msrgin stop that I had to move to get the
carriage out. I just got the type basket back on the carriage. For
removal, they had suggested a string or wire to hold the pull bars away
from the code bars. That wire had fallen off. Putting it back to hold the
pull bars away from the code bars during reinstallation worked  Carriage
now installed. Just about ready to test.
