[GreenKeys] Code chart showing Friden tape code

Someone recently talked about their Friden unit and wondered about some particular code.

Here is a comparison chart showing Friden and a flock of other codes, comparing the same
item across the page.  There are some circumstances where nothing exists for some function
in some 'codes'.  I might be of use to other G/K people.

This chart agrees with the earlier poster in that the only time the 8th bit is used is for
the CR function. 

It has been sent out to the 'group' in the past, and probably ignored by most.
