[GreenKeys] Hal ST-6 using it in modern times

Jeff,

I have used the ST-6 on HF occasionally.  If the ST-6 is triggering on 
Noise, you may be driving the ST-6 with too much audio.

With the meter in the TUNE position, you should be able to get a half 
scale reading on an AFSK signal and little or no reading on noise.

Also, make sure the audio filters are tuned to the right frequencies.
