[GreenKeys] Any idea what these are called?

I’m trying to fix a problem I am having with i-Telex. In order to solve it I need to update the firmware on some of the boards to a newer version (current version is very old).  In order to do that I need to build a special cable that will plug into receptacles on the boards. My problem is that I don’t know what the connectors are called. I tried a few online stores that I usually use (jameco, newark, etc.) but really didn’t have success navigating the various menus and search options. You really need to know what something is called in order to find it on those sites. The ribbon cable I found for a decent price at jameco. But the connectors?

I’d appreciate any help you can provide. I’m sure this is a no-brainer for many of you folks.
