ST-6s show up on ebay frequently.  You might also be interested in the
DT-600, which in my understanding seems to be the ST-6 repackaged on a
single PC board (requiring external power supplies). (and has only  one
set of filters, so not shift switchable)

Since the Lo15 is so close to a Teletype 15 I wonder if gears for the
latter would work.  The Lo15 probably has a 50 Hz sync motor or a
speed governed motor.  For Model 15 the two kinds of motors run at
different speeds, so require different gear sets.

Or, if it's a speed governed motor, maybe you could just reduce the
motor speed to where it comes out 45.45 baud.  If it's a 50 Hz sync
motor it should run just fine on 60 Hz - it's going the other way that
is troublesome (not enough iron in the 60 Hz motor to operate on 50 Hz)
