They're on my "list" today too.   For the second time in the last month 
they sent me a delivery confirmation only to find the package at a 
neighbor's house.    I can't believe they don't use GPS like everyone 
else, and the first time it happened I wasted 10 minutes sitting on hold 
only to be told their "system" was backed-up due to covid-19 and I 
should try later.   The can't seem to be bothered to provide customer 
support via email.    Maybe they use the same method my cable company 
does - make it so hard for customers to report problems the execs 
believe there aren't any.

GK relevance:  today's arrival was an R-808/GRC-14 receiver, all 82 
pounds of it, an HF receiver that has a built-in rtty converter.    Has 
anyone ever used one on the air?
