Are you KIDDING ???   the USPO has dozens of 
pages of rate charts for all sorts of different 
services ... and unless you are using Priority Flat Rate 
the only way to be sure what your postage is is to 
go to the PO in person and let them figure it out. 

Size vs weight vs zone vs service are all variables. 

And mostly USPO Ground Service is a lot more expensive 
than Fed Ex ...  so much so that I opened a FedEx account.
