[GreenKeys] excessive line feed suppression

Anyone have ideas on the parts required for a M28 stunt box that 
will prevent excessive line (no more than two for this discussion) 
feeds?  I thought using two 152668 function bars (LF) followed by 
155130 (LF/NON-PRINT) would do the trick.  (of course, the proper
function levers are included)  But, what happens when the forth or 
fifth, etc line feed is sent.  Would seem to me my idea would suppress 
the 3rd, 6th, 9th, etc line feed.
