[GreenKeys] Bay punch block listing

Found where that eBay punch block goes.

FSN 5815-00-973-3514 translates to Teletype part number 143056.  It can be found in bulletin 1154B and is for an 8 level BRPE.

Maybe if you were trying rebuild a 8 level BRPE to 5 level this would give you plenty of punch blocks to experiment with.
