[GreenKeys] RTTY and other gear in Rockford, IL

What I can't understand is how some of those high priced listing stay on 
ebay for months without any change in price.  There's one for $2,000 
that has to have been on there for 6 months.

Not an outrageous price, but there's a listing for an LXD31 that's been 
on there forever.

I guess I really don't understand all the ebay rules.
